Crowther Derek Thank you We would like to thank friends and colleagues for their kind wishes, cards and attendance at the Funeral on Friday 19 September, which was greatly appreciated. We would also like to thank all doctors and nursing staff at the Derby Royal and London Road Community Hospitals for their kindness, wonderful care and consideration they gave to Derek whilst he was in their care at such a sad time. The donations gratefully received for the Stroke Association and SSAFA are still being counted and will be distributed shortly. Kathie and Family
